This Shipping Policy is issued by A Degree North Pty Ltd (ABN 70 666 927 865), trading as Old Age Plan (“we”, “our”, “us”).
1. Order Processing
All orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment on normal business days. Should any delays occur, we will contact you immediately.
Each Old Age Plan Roadmap Pack is printed, laminated, and packed to order. Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
2. Shipping Methods
We use Hero Packaging compostable mailers and trusted courier or postal services for delivery across Australia. All orders include tracking details provided via email once dispatched.
- Standard Shipping (included): 3–8 business days Australia-wide
- Express Shipping (optional upgrade): 1–3 business days where available
3. Shipping Rates
Standard delivery is included with all orders Australia-wide. Express Post is available at checkout for an additional cost, calculated based on your delivery location.
4. Delivery Delays
During peak periods — including holiday seasons or promotional times — please expect slight delays with the processing of your order. While we do our best to dispatch quickly, postal and courier services may experience high demand during these times.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing checkout. We cannot take responsibility for lost or delayed parcels resulting from incorrect address details. Additional postage fees may apply for reshipments.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels
Once your order has been delivered to the correct delivery address, we are not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen. Please confirm your address carefully during checkout.
If your parcel is damaged in transit or tracking shows it as lost prior to delivery, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos (where applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or issue a replacement where appropriate.
7. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within Australia. International orders may be introduced in the future once reliable logistics partnerships are in place.
