Refunds & Returns Policy

This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to purchases made from A Degree North Pty Ltd (ABN 70 666 927 865), trading as Old Age Plan (“we”, “our”, “us”). This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2. Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All contents must be included
  • Return postage is at the customer’s expense

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with the ACL. Where applicable, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items that have been used, marked, or damaged after delivery (unless faulty)
  • Items not returned in original condition

5. Return Timeframes & Proof of Purchase

  • Change-of-mind: within 14 days of delivery
  • Faulty/damaged/incorrect: contact within 7 days of delivery

Please include your order number or proof of purchase with all enquiries.

6. How to Request a Return

To request a return, email us at support@oldageplan.com.au with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos may be requested where relevant.

We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–10 business days after approval for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Shipping Costs

  • Change-of-mind: return postage is the customer’s responsibility
  • Faulty/damaged/incorrect items: we will cover reasonable return costs
